Travelling write along…

Well, that went well :-)

My little post over at Alexandria appears to be doing okay. People - a few from here (thank you RSA readers!) and a few from US (and beyond?) - are all (with manners) having a good ol' debate on the finer details re: Media Freedom. Going so much better than I could have ever hoped.

I live in my own little bubble (office) and then associate with small people. An online conversation beyond family issues is refreshing, esp when it is a subject I find interesting. Thus, I shall have to do it again...when I can think of something (I suspect photos of my latest bruises via karate are not as welcome over there).

Another nod to Po, who inspired me to consider the matter beyond my not wanting the ANC to succeed in their bid to push The Bill  & MAT into law. (btw - ever since Po wrote that post, her blog starting eating her posts. So her words on Media Freedom are gone. Weird.)

Me & Alexandria

So a little message appeared in the comments not so long ago inviting me to have a look at a blog called Alexandria and consider writing there from time to time. It is a place where various writers come together to spout off on what ever issue has grabbed his or her fancy. 

I had a look and thought, oh why not? New things can be nice. In fact, they can be healthy. If later on it doesn't seem to be working or time becomes an issue, I can pull out with no hurt feelings.
