Your egg chickens? When did you get them? Looks nice. would love to have some egg chickens. The ones we have are for meat.

They are laying hens (or at least one of them is - got our first egg today). Hens arrived yesterday as friends of ours are moving to a non-chicken friendly property. They are still very young, so I don't expect we'll be having many eggs for another few months.
